Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (red and black)
  • Optional toppings (sprinkles or crushed Halloween candies)

  2. Combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Divide the mixture into two bowls with food coloring.
  6. Pour half of the red fudge into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Layer with black fudge and remaining red fudge.
  8. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
  9. Lift out using parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

Ensure the chocolate is fully melted to avoid a grainy texture. Use a hot knife for clean cuts.
