Frozen Banana Snickers

A fun and healthy twist on the classic candy bar using ripe bananas, peanut butter, and dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate
  • Optional: Organic bananas, different nut butters

Instructions

  1. Slice the ripe bananas into even rounds, about ½ inch thick.
  2. Spread a generous layer of creamy peanut butter on half of the banana slices.
  3. Add chopped peanuts over the peanut butter on each slice.
  4. Assemble the remaining banana slices on top to create little sandwiches.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each banana sandwich into the melted chocolate until well coated and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Freeze until solid (about 1–2 hours).
  8. Serve these tasty treats directly from the freezer for a refreshing snack or dessert.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for optimal sweetness. Allow enough freezing time for the chocolate to set correctly.
